I was hesitant to get these for my railing but nothing i was trying worked. including welding the cables. I did have to buy a hydraulic crimp for $40 to get them to clamp down tight enough to actually hold wout slipping. I crimped each one at LEAST 3 spots each.

The only reason I gave a 4 star review is that I ordered 3/16 inch cable ends but was shipped 1/8 inch. They were still excellent quality and the company was very helpful with returning them.

Used these for our cable railings on new deck. They worked as described and look nice.

Needed to replace some larger nuts at the end of some wire rope/cable on a deck. Fit was perfect and it works very well. You do need a heavy duty crimping tool to secure the fitting onto the cable.
