I purchased these for the kiddos to hide all around the yard. I myself have been startled here and then when I have stumbled upon one of these snakes. Super fun for pranks!

Tired of all the birds coming into my carport due Sydney's wild weather of late. So I sought ideas on line and this was one. It recommended hanging these replica snakes to keep the birds out. Because the duck on my new car doesn’t need bird poop destroying it. I’m praying when I get home later this week I don’t still have birds hanging out under the carports

I read the ad carefully, but was still really surprised at the small size. The paint job isn't as nice as expected either. I paid about 14 bucks and that was too much, worth about half that TBH. Too much hassle to return, so I'm going to keep and give them a coat of black spray paint and make a Halloween wreath.

I had a bird problem - barn swallows making nests under my deck. I was hoping that using rubber snakes would scare the birds away. I purchased these snakes because they looked realistic and state that they scare away birds.These snakes do look realistic. They are very pliable and have good stretch. I put a few around where the birds were roosting. At first, the birds were a bit skittish because of the snakes, but then they just ignored them. Maybe these snakes are too small for my problem...
