I purchased this starter to replace the one on my Honda Element that was starting to fail. Getting to the old starter to swap it out with this one was not the easiest task because of where it is located but even so, it can be accomplished by a DIY with basic mechanic tools. In total, I had mine replaced in less than 2.5hrs and I am slow. It is a good fit with all of the hardware and wiring harnesses matching up perfectly. Once installed, it popped right off and has been working fine ever since. It is a really good value in comparison to what you would pay for a similar product at one of the big name parts stores.

Fit exactly like we had expected it to. Which is good. It was a little hard to access this area in our vehicle but we got to it and everything seemed to function okay. Once we were done. It took us about 45 minutes to complete. Pretty straightforward if you have ever worked on any related type repairs. The price was competitive and the incl warranty was enough to know, or not if it will stay in shape and running. The average lifespan of these is pretty much across the board no matter which u may choose. So we chose this and have no troubles yet!
