These do an OK job I have an old ankle injury, that makes my foot slightly swell if I wear heels but I like to wear low heels whenever I possibly can … because of this, and I try to purchase wider or larger heels which make one of them flip flop very uncomfortable. I try to use different types of inserts. This one is working well for now, but I constantly have to be changing so it does an OK job.

I kept noticing my heels were flopping when I walked. I saw these n hoped for the best. I didn’t know if they would work, but they do. No more flopping and my shoes fit more snug (not tight). I have to buy more because they are in my shoes and I forget which ones are holding them hostage!

These are very nice. I cut them to go in slingbacks and sandals. The only thing is there is only a sticker on the part that goes on the back of the shoe by the ankle. Since I cut that part off for slingbacks and sandals I had to use double sided tape to keep it down.

Bought these for my size 7 1/2 flats and they fit perfectly. Be careful when removing the film off the tape, I accidentally pulled too quick on the first one and I didn’t let it stick to the back of the shoe so it just stuck on the film and could no longer transfer it. But it still stayed in place cause the bottom of the shoe adhesive stuck. Very comfy too.

I was hoping this would help to replace the soles but my feet keeps slipping out of my shoes that I can't even walk in them now. I don't understand why the heel portion to "grip" is there if it can't keep my foot in as well. I would not recommend. Move on to another product because now I have to purchase something else and I just wasted $10. UGH!
