Purchased 2 for a new home and neither works…moves intermittently and then completely stops

These fans really move a lot of air and look great too. There's been a shipping issue on the second fan I ordered 3 WEEKS ago. The fan company answered the 3 or so emails I had sent with concerns and did everything on their side to expedite the order. After 3 chats with Amazon over 2 weeks, the fan is supposed to be here tomorrow. It's very reassuring to know this company always follows through with customer concerns.UPDATE!!! I can't remember when I've purchased anything with better customer service and follow up. The minor issue I had was not the fault of the fan, it was my wall controller. Ryan from ABZ could teach classes on how to provide quality customer service. Sadly it seems to be a lost art, but Ryan completely understand the importance of quality customer service. This customer greatly appreciates that.

Update: after I have contacted the seller directly on their website, they reached out immediately. We found a solution to the issue and all is working great now. Changed my review to 5 stars, especially for customer service.I had this fan professionally installed. Fan was heavy wobbling when turned on. Try to balance with the included kit, nothing. Ordered another kit to stop the wobbling, nothing, still wobbling to a very high degree. I’m afraid it will get loose from the ceiling when turning on. Contacted the seller, no reply. Just wasted $250 for installation (heigh ceiling). I am very disappointed and will return the fan.

This is a lovely fan! I like the overall look of the fan in our master bedroom, and I love the breeze setting. There needs to be more quality control on the blades. One of our blades has a blemish from the glue on the wood. The wood under the glue did not take the color of the wood stain the same as the rest of the wood. My husband says there's no need to return the fan for this. I suggested flipping the propeller or propellers so it wouldn't show, and he said they need to be installed this way.

The perfect outdoor ceiling fan for our screened in porch! Our porch ceiling is haint blue, so we went with the driftwood-like grey. Imagine my surprise when we got it and realized it really is wood! Installed easily, and the remote make it super functional. Solidly built and well-balanced fan, silent to setting 5 on our porch. Love it!
