Too small. Tried it and it barely worked. Didn’t function as it should. Zero value. Can’t recommend it.

I really like the concept of using an ozone generator to keep my ice tub water free from impurities for a longer time so I can reuse the cold water a few times before changing it. I chose this one because it claimed a 1000mg/H ozone generation, whereas others claimed much less. Now there’s no way for me to measure if the output matches their claim, so I have to trust that they are being honest about that.This whole ozone generator setup is about as simple as it gets. One generator, one tube, and some bubble stones. No instruction manual or anything. Just a label on top with some warnings. Although it does seem pretty straightforward – attach the tube, put it in the water with a bubble stone on the end of it, and plug in the unit. The bubble stone immediately began producing bubbles in the water and I could smell the ozone, so as simple as it is, it definitely works! Now how long should it go for how many gallons of water is another unanswered question I have. I guess if the water stays clean for a few uses, then I’m doing it right!A few things to be aware of. The cord is only 35” long, and the machine needs to stay dry, so it needs to remain at a safe distance from the water being treated. So this adds a little challenge to how I can use it, especially since outlets are not very plentiful on our porch where we keep the ice tub. I may need to get an extension cord for it. Maybe the kind with an on/off switch, since the unit doesn’t have one. Also, the machine vibrates and moves around when it’s on, so I had to put it on a non-slip silicone sticky mat to keep it from walking itself around or falling off a table. Anyway, I figured all of this out and it does actually work, so Yay!
