For the price ya really can’t beat these. Got a 2 person kayak recently and needed 2 of these, cheapest I could find but they do seem to be of good quality

Used it for a boating trip. I'm about 5'9" and 250lbs and It kept me a float when I tested it at the dock for about 15min. It can slide up on ya but it's a cheap one and only has a single strap that is really only there so that you don't drown if you pass out. All in all a good product for the price.

These are super basic no-frills life jackets. I got them to meet state requirements for PFDs for kayaking and these are small and light to tuck away for emergencies. If you are wearing them constantly they are not the most comfortable but I don't use them for that. The price point is also great if you need to keep your boat stocked with PFDs for everyone.

The packaging was good. It came in a box, so was secure and no damage to the jacket. YES, this is a LIFE JACKET, not just a LIFE VEST or a FLOATATION DEVICE.There are tons of articles to distinguish between them. So I am not going to do that here. But TLDR;, this actually makes you float the correct way (face up and above water) even if the person wearing it is unconscious and fell into water accidentally. The life vests or the cushions do not do that. Some consider this to be not fashionable, but how does it matter, as long as it does the job well and is not obstructive.I took it for a spin on a short kayak trip on the lake and it was fine. Since most of the bulk is in the chest in front, it did not impede with my paddling and also with the backrest and general comfort.I can now use it for anything related to water AND it was not a huge expense.

So the product's Fair. You know it's $10. Even though if you spent like another $10 or $20 you could get a way higher quality product that looks better. Feels better. Works better. This will get you by for 10 bucks. It's a good deal, especially if you're not on the water a lot. And you know you just might be going on a temporary outing. Or maybe you're just a good swimmer or you're not going to be going too far from the bank or Coast. Probably double it as a cushion. I mean if you're on a tight budget, you know you have to buy one of these for multiple people. Then this is probably the way to go. Pair this with a Intex explorer 300 that's on sale right now for $37 and you're in the water. Pretty economically right there.
