The mat was easy to cut (well, a little stiff if you have arthritic hands) and was suitably sized for my use. I didn't measure it, as I had to cut some from both end and side, so I can't speak to stated size vs. reality. Also can't speak to its leak-proof ability as I haven't had a leak. But it is a buffer against spillage and sound from whatever you keep under your sink. It was also quite reasonable in price, I thought. Good product, very useful.

This mat works great. Not long after installing this mat. We had a slight muahap with the water and iur sink overflowed. The mat protected the bottom shelf completely. Not one drop of water touched it. So we are very pleased with this mat. And it looks great as well. Very easy to intall and very high quality.

We got this for under our 20L aquarium. It works well and does not allow water through it when it is wet. The only issue I have seen with it is that if water gets on the edge of it and drips down under it, it will just sit there until wiped off. I just check after water changes and make sure there isn’t water on the edge. It is thicker than I expected. It does still have a crease in it from shipping. I was not sure how to iron/flatten it, but I am sure over time it will improve. We have had it in use for about a month. It would have saved our other aquarium stand had we had it on there. I am very pleased with this!

I had a plumbing problem a month ago and my cabinet floor looked terrible, so I bought this. It was easy to measure and fit in place and looks much better.Last week, I had another plumbing problem under dishwasher. While I had no leaks under the cabinet, plumbers did get water on this mat. While it was not a lot of water, it did not get on the cabinet floor underneath the mat, and the mat dried fast. Would recommend

Easy to work with - only had to fold up the sides and it fits great. Looks like good quality. I saw a few others online for much higher prices than I wanted to pay so I am very happy with the purchase. Obviously can't be sure of how it will work unless you get a leak, but it should work well to simply protect the bottom of your sink from drips and spills from any containers that you are storing under there, which is basically what I wanted it for.
