Updated from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After they sent instructions below:After full charge, I added food, programmed times, but nothing was displayed to allow adjustment of quantities fed. Also, noticed it wasn’t feeding at set times. If I push the manual feed the augur moves and feed falls out. When I watch the time change to the set times nothing happens. There were no instructions telling how to set it up, so maybe there is a button combo I am missing here. Otherwise it is broken out of the box and I wasted my $30.Instructions to fix:“Hello William, We apologize for the problem with the product. We understand your concern and would like to offer you some help. There is an indication of the number of servings on the top of the LCD screen, you can refer to the image we have attached. The image you have uploaded shows 0 portion, which may be one of the reasons why it is not feeding automatically. Operation Method: 1. Press the “set” button to switch to the feeding time. The feeding time and feeding portion will flash. 2. During the flashing time, press “fish” button to adjust the feeding portions (0-6 servings). 3. Continue to press “set” to switch to the next feeding time and make the same settings. 4. After completing three feeding settings, press “set” to end the operation. If there is any problem with the product, please contact us in time, we will replace the new product or refund you. Best wishes.”It worked and so I cancelled my return and feel it only fair to update my Star count and review for the next person.

Bought this to feed our small goldfish when away. First feeder didn't seem to work at all and so tried again with a replacement. I really wanted it to work as the capacity was what we needed. Very small pellets fall straight through, larger pellets won't go through and small to mid sized are released erratically one to six at a time. Just can't trust it to reliably work whilst we are away. Also the lcd screen was quite dim on the first one although the replacement was better. Returned and still looking for a reliable fish feeder with a decent capacity.

The perfect vacation fish feeder probably doesn't exist, and most, like this one, are restrictive in the type and amount of food that can be dispensed, but this feeder does have some advantages over many others.First of all, a guaranteed power supply in a long-lasting rechargeable battery. I much prefer USB-c to the micro-USB port used here, but that's a niggle. No more worrying about how a short power outage might affect my aquarium. At least not as far as feeding is concerned.Second of all, I like the mounting system, which has two huge plastic bolts with rubber pads making it quite secure.Third, the feeder itself both slides back and forth and rotates on the mount giving me a lot of freedom as to where in the tank I position the drop zone. That, for me, is a huge advantage.Fourth, this feeder has a huge hopper.Programming is a bit different than other feeders, and it takes a while to get used to. In truth, any vacation feeder should be practiced over an empty box first, then on the aquarium well in advance of the vacation and any problems resolved at that time.

Great automatic feeder! We had to go out of town and used this to make sure our fish stayed fed. It worked like a charm. It was very easy to set up and looks sturdy enough to do the job! Not sure how long it would last if this was the only thing we used. But, we love it! Very functional and a great option for if you are going out of town. Holds a lot of food, way more than we needed, and lasts a long time! Lightweight and easy to attach to the tank. Great price for this.
