Fits 2007 Ford Mustang GT & streamlines the look very nicely (vs the long stick-like original antenna).I've not noticed any degradation of radio signal.It comes with 2 metal connector options. The connector that worked screwed easily into the antenna & then into the base mount on the hood (I didn't need to mess with the original mount at all).Note: Screwing the connector all the way (until it stops) into the antenna doesn't leave enough thread to screw all the way into the mount (or vice versa), so I averaged both ends (neither connector end is screwed into a 'stop' point), but it's secure enough there is no give when I wiggle it...AND it's been through carwashes without loosening.

The quality of this antenna is absolutely atrocious and I cannot recommend anyone to buy it. Given how it only lasted for a bit, I wish I had bought something better.

The real reason I decided to buy this Short Stubby Arial so that my Car cover could be fitted as the original long Arial made it impossible.Super quality metal product (not Rubber) that fitted right out of the box. Comes with x2 Brass threaded inserts (one spare) that screwed in without an issues. Looks great and picks up Radio Signal as good as the Original. Highly recommend this for that modern upgrade that doesn't impair Car Cover Installation
