The gravel rinsed 'clean' pretty easily in a 5 gallon bucket. I like the look, the size & the shape of the substrate. My panda corys are really happy with the change, and I like how the color compliments their coloring.

Looks amazing 👏 not sure why people are having issues with it! It needs to be rinsed obviously and after a good rinse in hot water the clay red colour will be gone. I had NO issues with my tank water going red at all! This is literally right after I filled them.

A beautiful look in any tank, has exactly the look I was looking for! Smooth rocks that aren't too small, can easily siphon around them and they hold down any decor you'd put inside! A beautiful mix of colors and shapes. Rinsed clean in about 4 rinses, I will absolutely be buying this again in the future!

I purchased two bags of Gold Pearl to replace the quartz gravel in my small aquarium. One bag was as described - small multicoloured pebbles. The other bag was much finer orange brown gravel. Yes - I can probably use the latter bag on the bottom - but not what I purchased. So disappointed.
