I’ve had one of these for decades and it finally fell apart last year. So happy to find a replacement!

Siempre que hacía brownies sacar la primera pieza en un solo trozo era imposible, pues con esta espátula flexible lo logro sin problemas. Definitivamente ahora es un artículo imprescindible en mis instrumentos de repostería.

This spatula is so great that I am compelled to write my first Amazon review.Great features: blade is thin, flexible, and has a nice crisp edge. It works particularly well on our Lodge cast iron skillet. The crisp edge does a nice job of scraping food off the bottom and sides as you cook (and for cleanup too). It also works well for tossing / scraping roasted vegetables on a roasting pan. And it's great for serving bars or brownies from a pan. I would NOT recommend using it on a non-stick or standard AllClad type pan as it will scratch the surface. The looped handle is great for hanging on a hook in our kitchen so this spatula is always at the ready.I bought my first of these spatulas at a high end kitchen store over 10 years ago. A tack weld on that original spatula finally broke a few weeks ago. I was thrilled to the exact same one on Amazon as that kitchen store had stopped selling this brand years ago (I know this because I tried to buy one for a friend). I ordered a replacement for our kitchen, one for our camping cook kit, and one for a relative with a new cast iron skillet. For the price, I had no concern over replacing it.I would agree with the other reviews, that with the short handle this is not your go to spatula for grilling. However, we can't live without this spatula to the point that we've been taking it on our camping trips for years for cooking over a fire and camp stove. In addition to the awesomeness noted above, it is light weight and compact to fit in our utensil roll.

We've owned a few of these for over a year now and they have never failed us despite being dropped on ceramic floor ties and being run through the dishwasher daily. I just bought 3 more as they are inexpensive and good things sometimes disappear off the market for some reason.A perfect spatula or turner for a flat top or stainless frying pan, it's a key player if you're trying to reduce the amount of plastic and teflon you eat :) I've actually found bits of plastic and nylon spatulas in food since their tips tend to melt, curl and break off in food. The curled plastic parts also tend to trap slowly decaying food and soap. Unlike plastic spatulas, these babies won't melt if you leave them on a frying pan accidentally. It's flexible enough that they don't scratch our stainless frying pans (unlike thicker, rigid stainless spatulas, which are now totally unused). This is on medium-end cookware, and your mileage may vary depending on the hardness of your cookware. Can even be used to scrape food off cookware due to the flexibility. The handle is quite rigid.+Handle is not especially long; should work for grillin, but a longer handle might be better for that purpose.+Handle appears tack-welded to blade. Hasn't failed yet, and even if it does I'd be happy as we use them constantly.+Not sharp enough to cut skin. Throw 'em blade up in the utensil basket of your dishwasher and forget about it. Use stainless or regular steel wool on them freely if necessary.+Handle stays cool due to wire design.+Unlike the Good Grips competitor (which we also own), this is solid stainless steel so you won't find a bunch of soapy water dripping out of a hollow plastic handle onto your culinary creationsoIs made of 18-8 stainless, which is not ferrous (does not strongly attract a magnet) and 18% chromium and 8% nickel.-Has a slight curve to the blade; ideally, it would be totally flat, but it's flexible enough that it doesn't usually matter.
