I love this BAKKENMASTER Heavy-Duty Cake Pan! The teal color on the outside is so pretty and the non-stick coating on the inside takes a lot of the stress out of baking. For an 8x8" pan, this definitely has some heft to it, which helps with even heating and cooking.According to the description, the pan is made of aluminized steel, which is a fancy way of saying steel that has been plated with an aluminum-silicon alloy. The interior is an ultra-smooth ceramic coating, which gives it inherent non-stick properties. I did a trial bake with a batch of cornbread, but ended up overcooking it a bit because I was not prepared for how much better this pan transfers heat than the glass cake pan I normally use. Which is a testament to both the pan's quality and my subpar baking skills.

This Bakkenmaster baking pan is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I ordered the 8x8 pan for brownies and smaller cakes and it is perfect. Very high quality and the non stick feature works great. It heats evenly and bakes well and clean up ins a breeze.

I'm trying to avoid all those pans with the toxic coatings, so when I saw this at a reasonable price I decided to give it a try. It's a really nice pan. The ceramic coating is consistent all around. The edges are rolled. I prefer if they are flattened to avoid water collecting under the lip, but it's a minor thing. I baked a couple things in it and everything turned out as I hoped. No complaints...it works well and it seems well made

I love the look of this pan and I'm glad that it's functional too. It's really lightweight, which was surprising.

I tend to avoid non-stick pans as I like the ability to really scrub them when necessary. However, I was in a quest for a square baking pan specifically for brownies and desserts. This pan has worked wonderfully for making desserts. The non-stick has preformed without issue with everything I have baked. The rolled edges are a bit of a headache as I have a bit of an OCD household member who is always air drying this for days to make sure water hasn't collected in the rim (it doesn't).
