Emailed them and wrote a question on here to be answered got nothing back. The rings locked and won’t open for the life of me. I brought it even to brewery’s for a few old friends to help and they couldn’t open it. Do not recommend

Using this with the set up of my back yard bar. Full 5 gallon keg. Very good construction, solid keg!

If you get ones that work they are, at least in our limited use thus far, fine. However, 25% of our order showed up with lockrings sticking out/bent/unusable and doesn't give me much confidence about the quality of the internals of the spears or the workmanship/assembly on these. Given they aren't exactly a screaming deal I'd look elsewhere.

I use kegs for my kid's mobile lemonade stand. Good keg for the money.

When I received this keg I removed the circlip (which looked like it came improperly installed in the first place) to sanitize and fill the keg. You think I could get the circlip back in the groove above the spear? Heck no! Need an $89 tool to be able to do it. Not happy at all. Otherwise it's a very high quality keg.Update: this company reached out to me after I posted this review. It is obvious that I am new to the world of commercial kegging. I needlessly removed the circlip and the spear on this commercial keg in an attempt to sanitize and clean it before I filled it with my homebrew. This company has reached out to me and wanted to be sure that I was satisfied with their product. As a result, they shipped me a brand new keg for no charge!! Therefore, I have changed my rating for this company to five stars because they thoroughly earned it. If you want a quality product with world class customer service, this is your company! Glad I made this purchase and had this experience with this company.
