I don’t usually review things on Amazon, because I pretty much order everything on here, and I would be writing reviews all day.But these rubber bands are so terrible, that I feel compelled to write a review. So normally I just take rubber bands from work, because I like to wrap them around my electronic cigarettes to make a makeshift bumper guards so the glass doesn’t break when I drop them.I also like wrapping rubber bands on all my remotes, so when I drop those, the batteries don’t fall out.I decided to finally just buy some rubber bands, so I can have a whole bunch of them. The ones I get from work will last a few months before they break.I decided to replace all the regular ones with these black ones. They are way less noticeable than the tan ones, so I definitely loved the way they looked.But these ones all broke within a day on every device that I put them on.I don’t know if these rubber bands have been sitting in a warehouse for years, and are just old of what, but they definitely do not have the durability of any rubber band that I’ve ever used.Do not buy !!!

These are definitely the new improved, latest and greatest in quality office supplies 😉I’m thinking they are a silicone type material that won’t age, (oxidize) like rubber bands of the past. I just got them, so I’m not sure if my assumption is correct as far as the life of the bands😉Perhaps an addendum will follow later😉

I own a few stores and send out things wrapped and when I have to put a rubber band around black folders or small boxes, etc, a white rubber band just looks CHEAP and stupid!,,,so in finding Black rubber bands it looks professional and shows customer that the wrappings or enclosed papers are consciously giving customers respect in the total look...I use them in art studio too with so many things...I can't be happier :-)

Dad got a bag of red ones, I got a bag of black ones, and they all work well! They arrived new, intact, stretchy, not smelly, not powdery, loose and ready for use! I use them to keep pencils from rolling away, to help keep my bookends from sliding across my desk - they are good for lots of things! I can even use them to fasten my braid, and using a rubber band for that is usually bad for your hair, but these slid over my hair without getting tangled.

I like the product and the quality of the rubber bands. But when I opened the package, the bag came opened so rubber bands fell all over the floor. Unhappy with packaging!
