I really loved the star for my cartilage the only thing is that you have to be really patient to screw the ball on but once you get it it’s secure and it doesn’t hurt to sleep which is exactly what I needed

If you’re looking for a heart design, the quality of these are beautiful in person. The jewels lay flat and it has a smooth surface. The ball doesn’t fall off. The size is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and a fair price. I would recommend.

It's a good thing they come with locking backs - if you sleep with them in like I do, if you lost one you'd never find it. But, cute for a second or third pierced hole. Cute but tiny.
