Great rich sound. Comfortable on the lips. I can really jam with it. I like the slightly off kilter shape of it, not sure if that's part of why it feels good and sounds good but it def looks good and it's fun to play. Kongsheng is very solid and fair priced in my book.

This harmonica sounds wonderful and is very easy to use.It comes in a nice case with a microfiber cloth to clean it and some basic instructions on use.The tone is very warm and well tuned, there's very little to complain about whatsoever, it would be a very easy 5 star, however, I appear to have either been the victim of a mixup, or a branding change.The harmonica I received is stainless steel instead of blue on the body, and instead of a black border around the mouthpiece, it's a fairly unattractive nicotine stain orange. The branding also shows as Bender's Harp. Otherwise it's all basically exactly the same including the style of the case, though, the case also has the Bender's Harp branding.Regardless of the different branding I do still think it's an excellent harmonica and a wonderful option for a beginner, the price is extremely reasonable and you are getting a nice sounding instrument but the lack of that attractive blue is a big disappointment for me.

I have never bought or used a harmonica before and thought I would order this to see if I could learn the basics. You can never have too many hobbies or explore too many things. It came with nice presentation. The color is great and you get a case and cloth to wipe it down. I don’t know how this compares to other harmonicas out there but at this price point, I assume this is for beginners. If you are John Popper, you’re going to likely want something better. I watched some videos online on how to play and while I am not very good, it seems to provide the results I expect. It’s comfortable in your hands and against your mouth. It’s easy to keep clean. The quality and performance for this price point makes it a good value in my opinion.

If there’s a better looking harmonica out there, I’ve yet to see it. Makes playing it a lot more fun. And as a beginner, I appreciate the fun factor. It’s easy to pick up and play even for a novice like me. I like the warm sound of this beautiful BlueBird and was immediately able to sort of play Oh Susanna, the first time out of the box. Then I noticed that it comes with a simple set of instructions with the same song! I look forward to really learning how to play Oh Susanna and more as time goes by.
