This is a good punching bag. It is 4 ft tall and you can hang it to any height you want. It's very durable and well designed.

I think the quality of this bag is actually quite superb, as the canvas is tough, as well as the chains, and the hanger is good too. It seems very durable, is long enough for various martial arts training, and it is straightforward and simple to fill. I used old clothes.

However, be sure to read the product title carefully—it comes unfilled. I completely overlooked that detail and was initially frustrated when I opened the package to find an empty bag.After a bit of creative problem-solving, I decided to fill it with unused clothes I had previously set aside for donation to the Red Cross. Believe me, it worked wonderfully! The filled bag provides a solid, satisfying resistance and delivers an intense workout. Stitching is not even. I am questioning whether the straps truly loop below the bag. The stitching is poor at best. (See picture) I suppose you get what you pay for. If I made this purchase over I would spend the extra money for an Everlast bag. Also what is “MAMXWAGA”?? Thank you.
