This unit had to be the best value I have found for a quality sealer. The package comes with a lot of bags, including a roll of bags inside the unit that you can custom cut. I have three different sealers, and this one is by far my favorite. It works very well. Highly recommend!

I have quite a supply of precut, one-end-sealed, loose bags, so the storage space in the machine is wasted on me. But, I may run out and go back to rolls, in which case it is a nice feature. It is NOT necessary to use the manufacturers recommended bags! Many good, economic choices out there!My old machine is a clunky black-plasticy-looking thing that I'm happy to replace with this sleek upgrade. This machine also has buttons that allow various amounts of suction so that you can do marinades without worrying that all your liquid gets sucked out. If the electronics in this thing last, I'll be very happy, but only time will tell. My old machine was simple in that way with no worries.The machine works as advertised, which is what you want. Looks nice. Has cool features. Price is right. What's not to like? The only thing that would rate this down at this point is if it breaks down--so far so good!

We've had a food storage vacuum sealer for years, but it has started to go out and be unreliable. I have been on the lookout for a replacement vacuum sealer for around a year. I liked that this one had a storage area for at least one roll of vacuum bags with a cutter.The machine arrived in good shape with a variety of bag sizes and a roll of bag material already loaded in the machine. The directions were okay. I was able to use the machine fine once I got a little practice with it. It is not much different than our other machine.I sealed some raw hamburger using a bag size that I cut myself from the roll that arrived in the machine. The cutter in the lid of the machine worked well to trim off the desired length. After sealing one end of the empty bag, I found that the bag needs to be removed quickly from the machine, otherwise, the heating element melts through the bag. This leaves holes which can affect the vacuum process.The vacuum and sealing worked well on the hamburger. Make sure that there are no creases or wrinkles in the bag because it can create breaks in the seal, which keep the machine from properly vacuuming your bag. I also used the "PULSE VAC" function which worked well.I also had good results when I sealed a piece of smoked brisket which had been previously frozen.I didn't use any of the accessories. I did like the way the cord a has a space in the bottom of the machine for easy storage. The 3-year warranty sounds good, but I hope that I don't have to find out if it is legitimate or not.Recommended.

Really sleek styling, and looks great in my kitchen. I keep it out on the counter since I use it frequently. Bulk purchasing is my way of life. Always has, and especially now during the time of high food costs.This unit works pretty well, and I'm pleased with it, thus far. I do have to double-seal the bags because the heating element gets it hot enough to melt, but not perfectly - particularly when there is a kink in the bag that you struggle to get out, but nearly never can. I've always double-sealed for this reason so this unit really isn't any different. I hope it holds up, as I'd really rather not need to buy a new one for another 10 years, just like my last.
