Muy buen equipo. facil de instalar y de operar. El unico inconveniente que podría mencionar es el tiempo de espera. Para Ciudad de México tardó 3 semanas y media.

Calidad de impresión es impresionante, tardó 3 semanas en enviarlo pero me respetaron el precio cuando lo pedí. Tiene tecnología MFC y hasta conexión Gigabit. Instalación muy fácil

I thought it was the holy grail -- to find a printer that doesn't suck. I found it here! Not only does it NOT suck, I actually hug it every time it prints.1. Easy as hell to set up, you don't even have to use the mobile app (but I did set that up also and it was a few extra steps but also easy). Airprint works instantly.2. So fast, so quiet. I had a Canon MX something that would take about a few minutes to think about printing, and then another minute to print, and the page would usually jam in the middle of the job. The Brother has NO such issues. The Canon could take two days to print a 60 page document (because I had to keep taking breaks from unjamming it and resetting the job so as not to throw it through the window). Those days are gone forever!3. Color is not going to be like a photo printer -- it does not take photo printer, please note -- but color is fast and bright and perfectly acceptable for a document (vs. a photo).4. My setup is a home office, my printing needs are relatively light, so I agonized over the cost vs. use but when a printer JUST WORKS these days, it's so miraculous that I decided the cost was worth it and used the Affirm payment plan to make the finances work.5. I did not have to sign up for the ink program, my uses are so light it would be an unjustifiable expense.I spent about a month researching and comparing and reading all of you good people's reviews -- some of which are super funny -- of this printer and others, and finally the day came where I couldn't stand even the thought of trying to print on the Canon so I pulled the trigger. I know I'm not alone in the "I hate my printer" category but I might now be one of a dozen people in the "I love my printer" category.It arrived in a speedy timeframe and it was packaged so well that if it had been a baby, it would have slept without waking from a single bump.Brother is my brand and this printer is 5 stars!

I bought this printer for my office work almost 8 month back.Printer as machine :Good built quality ,Very good print quality , very easy to setup, looks premium.Support :We started facing issue with printer in 7 months of operation, The Waste box alarm started flashing with printer stopped printing.We contacted the support team to explain the issue. Brother Support team blindly told us to replace it .The cost of waste box is almost Rupees 5000. We enquired about printing life of Waste box , The support team keep pushing to buy new one.We had printed only 800~850 prints and before any of the printing toner has finished the waste box is full.We tried to argue with support team over this but the support guys were pretendt to be deaf and rutting to buy new one.One of engineer found that the life span of the waste box is around 50000 prints , when we inform support guys about the same , Brother support team to asked us a written proof of the same. how unprofessional and has no intention to confirm the same from their own end.what is use of such support team.Finally after few days of ping pong and tough talking , Brother Support team sent a technician to fix the issue, to our surprise it was got fixed in 2 minutes.Why one should not accuse brother support team for wasting there own client's time and causing them inconvenience to last degree. Brother Support team is surely not committed to clients satisfaction and overall raises the intention of company's business practices.Availability of toner in the market:When the toner is about to get finished it gives warning about it is getting finished.But problem is that it is not available to anyone readily. Every Toner supplier is saying it will take time so pls pay money and will inform in couple of days.So nothing is readily available to clients requirement. Client has to wait for printers consumables as per the Brother wish.To avoid the frustration we tried to recharge the toner, even the recharged toner doesn't work in the this printer.so overall a very good printer without support and very poor toner delivery system with no recharge use technology, which has turned out only to our frustration.Lessons learnt for usBig NO to Brother product henceforth no matter how good they are on quality.

fast seamless wifi connection. instant print from android phone via NFC. software and driver installation is quite a drag though. of course depending on your machine. it required 3-4 firmware updates but it went without any trouble. interesting way to add the free extended warranty. you have to register your product first, get only a part of the serial number which is never handy, (luckily you can find it via one of the many utilities that come with the software package)then you find yourself in front of a shopping cart even though it's free. i guess brother could have find easier way to provide that extra warranty. also the IOS app does not give you the hint on password for firmware upgrade. you get that in desktop version of the application.in 2 hrs i installed on 3 machines and 2 mobile devices, one android (fastest) one IOS and all seems good and by the way, most important the printing quality with standard settings is absolutely amazing. i am very happy with the purchase.

When our traditional inkjet desktop printer finally died last month, we weren't surprised - we always knew that the day would come when it would finally happen. We run a group practice and we print a lot of documents. So when it came a time, to shop for a printer; it was a little bit daunting. First, because we asked "what do we need" and second because we then noticed "oh my god there are so many options listed". This is an excellent printer, and it is one that we truly enjoy using, while it allows for our staff to print and stay efficient. We are so SO happy that we purchased this item.We knew that we wanted to move over from an inkjet to a laser printer. We knew that we needed to find an "all in one" with fax, scan and all of the basic office bells and whistles. When "Brother" came up, we were intially hesitant to buy it because we weren't too familiar with this brand. Compared to HP printers or other competing brands, the "brother" brand seemed unknown.We noticed that this brand had high rating reviews and a lot of really enthusiastic user experiences. So we decided to give it a try. . . and we are now happy to join in on that enthusiastic customer experience !. This particular printer makes office work in a day to day - very easy. Scan to email, double-sided scanning, faxing, printing - all of the features of this printer are superb.Setting this up was easy, however we did run into a few of our own Wifi connection issues when trying to keep the printer connected. There was an issue with print jobs not starting up because the printer was in idle mode, and something was not seeming to connect. We learned that by adding the printer into our computer system through the printers IP address solved that problem.Highly recommended purchase, one of our office favorites this year !.
