These shoe fillers do help if your shoes are only slightly too big, but if there’s more than a little space, they’re not very effective. I would only use these if your shoes are less than a size too big. I also found them a bit uncomfortable at times, especially for longer wear. They don’t have any adhesive, but they are slightly grippy, so they don’t move around in your shoe. They’re very straightforward and easy to use; you just pop them out of the box, and then you stick them on the top of your shoe. I would try to put them ever so slightly to the side, as it seems they are more fitted for your smaller toes to give your big toe more room. They won’t help to keep your shoes in shape for travel, but they work for their intended purpose of fixing the fit of your shoe. I would definitely bring these on a trip or keep a pair in your purse just in case you need them.

Great idea. I had never heard of these until now. Ive been around a while. These do not hurt at all when using.good quality material used. They really do work. Easy to use. They also come in different sizes. And believe it or not they help your quality of life so you don't have to change your Gait because your shoes are slightly bigger or one foot is longer than the other. If the way you move your feet (Gait) changes it will effect your whole body and throw it out of alinement. Nice to have someone care about us while making a few dollars. No complaints here.

These shoe filler inserts are a great solution if your shoes run a bit large. They’re soft, lightweight, and easy to place in the toe box. They can be trimmed for a more customized fit.They definitely help make looser shoes feel more secure.That said, the foam is quite lightweight, so in very structured or heavy shoes, they might not offer as much resistance as is necessary. Still, for the price, they’re a convenient and versatile option.

I have one foot (as most do) that is a half size bigger than the other. Often causing me to have to size up in shoes and then have one that fits well and the other that is too big. Up until now I had always resorted to using cotton balls or tissue in the tip of one shoe. Not fun when they are closed toed heels that you wear without socks. You pull your foot out with a sweaty mess of falling apart tissue at the end of the day. I had bought something similar to these awhile back and they were nowhere near as impressive. They had a sewn piece of fabric with seams around a piece of foam that ended up becoming smashed over time. These are more of a rubber memory foam and keep their shape and have slight indentations where your toes will go. I feel that they are really comfortable in my shoes and will purchase more as needed.

They are fine but the material is to light, after some hours of use is slim.
