2002 Mini shifter cable, the bushing was just broken, we replaced it and it works well, easy to install.

I run a garage in Loughborough and we decided to try this repair kit on a Fiat 500 really easy to use we removed the battery and tray undo the 10mm lock nut and remove the cable end we got a knife and removed the old rubber and gently pressed the bush in with a vice and that was it fixed normally we replace the cables

Works perfectly 👌 on a Fiat 500 non Abarth!!!!!The product is easy to install on cable end but the most difficult is to remove the original bushing. In my case the biggest cable end bushing was really hard to remove as it was still stuck inside. I had to use a "Dremel" tool with paper sand cylinder to get rid of the rubber.This product made me save 450 $CA + tax and a lot of time because at the dealer they sell only the complete gear shifting cable kit!!!! You can't buy just the cable end!!! What a pitty!I strongly recommand this procduct. Thank you BushingFix 👍

2010 Fiat 500c multi jet. Removed the battery and it’s tray, found the offending link, the rubber completely perished. Un do the 10mm lock nut and remove the bushing holder, gave it a good clean to remove any old bushing rubber, pressed new one in with the vice as recommended and fitted straight back on. Great product and an amazing money saver.

My FIAT 500 Pop shifting went for the 3rd time. I decided I had nothing to lose and a chance to save a lot of money (hundreds) by trying to fix myself. Removing the Battery, the battery tray was a lot easier than I thought, especially since the last mechanics already disconnected some of the clips for the wires. With that stuff out of the way, its surprising how much access I had! The hardest part was removing the old bushing. The green cable end is NOT metal, and the rubber bushing was a pain to remove. But a little heat from my hair dryer and the bushing left on the pivot pin (where the orange bushing fix piece goes) came right off. On my car it was easy to put back together, and everything worked fine afterwards, no adjustments needed. How long it will last? Hopefully a lot longer than the last garage mechanic repair!
