I used it to connect Noctua NF-R8 Redux to my Dell OptiPlex 9010 mainboard. I only needed 1 but it's the cheapest option.

Bought this because I was replacing the stock cooler with a Noctua cooler. The spare fan connector is a 5 pin and this works great to convert to a 4pin.

Er valt weinig over dit product te zeggen behalve dat het doet wat het moet doen. In de verpakking zitten 5 stuks van 5-pin naar 4-pin PWM adapters waarmee andere ventilators op Dell Desktops aangesloten kunnen worden, om bijvoorbeeld de computers stiller te maken of om er voor te zorgen dat ze beter gekoeld zijn.Persoonlijk had ik voor deze prijs graag gezien dat er een sleeve om de kabels zat, omdat het product zelf niet heel spectaculair is en met een zwarte sleeve de kabels gekleurde kabels minder op zouden vallen en daarmee mooiere look hebben. Maar als je gewoon iets nodig hebt om nieuwe niet Dell ventilatoren aan te sluiten om een Dell moederbord voldoet dit helemaal prima.

Worked perfectly to make a normal fan work with a Dell motherboard, that has a proprietary fan connection. I was originally going to splice some cables to make a new fan work, but this is cheap (it's a five pack) and easier.Look carefully at the photos to confirm that your Dell motherboard has the same fan connection. My PC was a Dell 3020.

I thought the package only included one cable but it had 5 cables included! Each cable is correctly wired having the 4 pins as Black, Red, Yellow, and Blue (and vice versa on the bottom end) and the 5 pin Dell receptor as Empty, Blue, Black, Red, and Yellow (and vice versa on the bottom side). Cables and plastic receptors are good quality. Just really pleased on these cables for my Dell CPU fans, which I'll be replacing with the ARCTIC F8 REV 2 80mm PWM Fan.
