Cable Matters is a top-tier cable manufacturer. Each cable is even serialized. They take great pride in the craftsmanship and performance of their cables! Be sure to pay attention to hubs, monitors, and cables when it comes to HDMI! You want HDMI 2.1 for the current highest performance. Many devices just say, "HDMI" or 4K @ 60 HZ. Those are *not* HDMI 2.1 cables or gear!

A differenza di un'adattatore usb-c -> hdmi della stessa marca, con cui riscontravo problemi, questo cavo-adattatore funziona perfettamente con il mio portatile Asus e il mio televisore Philips OLED819/12.L'unica pecca è la mancanza di supporto a tecnologie come VRR e G-Sync di Nvidia, che hanno una certa importanza per chi gioca, ma lascio comunque 5 stelle perché in ogni caso nessun prodotto simile le supporta.

I’ve gone through multiple adapters and USB-C to HDMI cables for my MSI GS66 Stealth 11UE, trying to run a third monitor (1080p 120Hz), and most of them would fail to detect the monitor on startup unless I replunged the cable every time. Even the Uni brand cable worked great at first, but after a week, it started needing constant replunging just to get recognized.This Cable Matters HDMI 2.1 cable completely fixed the issue. It works right from cold boot without any replugging, handshake is consistent, and it holds refresh rate with zero drops or flickers. Sleep/wake is still solid, and the cable doesn't run hot like some of the others I've used.If you're running a high refresh monitor or a multi-display setup on a gaming laptop and dealing with detection issues, this cable is 100% worth it. It’s the only one that worked flawlessly in every scenario I tested.

I was expecting at least 4k@144hz, but 120hz was the max for me. 10ft cable

When HDR is enabled no matter the resolution, the screen randomly goes black on my TV and sometimes the image immediately comes back or I must reconnect the C Cable back into my Display Port for the image to return.Very rare occurrence with HDR disabled. I got a replacement and the same issue occurs.
