Couple of things to keep in mind when getting these boxes. Whenever you put inside you will have to put inside first from the side, in order to close the boxes up. The tabs to close the box up are on the left and the right not from the top. So when you're making a cake that needs to be delivered or presented keep that in mind that you have to follow the directions of bending each fold down precisely hard before you even assemble the box. The other thing is is that you need to take the protective coating on the outside off and it does come off and one sheet if you go from the right to the left. You get that done it is very easy to assemble the box, it only takes a matter of a few minutes at most. Look for the slits on the box that will be at the top where you will install the tab for the handles. Mind you in the picture it shows the handle standing up very directly it's more like a c curve once it's assembled. Definitely large enough to put a 6-in cake in. I used a piece of pottery because I wanted to see how durable and firm the bottom cardboard is. The bottom is very sturdy and it will not move. Since it is possible the sides could pop open by accident I would use either stickers or a soft satin ribbon to tie the box up by the sides to make sure that a side does not pop open. Seems to be very sturdy. I like the idea of the design being see-through whether you use these for bakery goods or for something like pottery it gives you an opportunity to showcase your item inside of a box being protected. This box could be used for many different things including gift giving putting stuffed animals inside, flower boxes there's just so many applications you could use this for. The plastic is very durable and it's not easily ripped especially where the folding is made. My only concern is using something like a cake inside you do have to be extra cautious on how you close both sides up without squashing your cake. I would practice on one first before I put a cake inside. I like these boxes though they do serve the purpose I need them for.

Pleasantly surprised by this little cake box. I make bento cakes often, single layer and 2 layers . I always had a hard time finding boxes for my 2 layer (typically 4in.-5in. in height) 4inch round cakes. Most other 6 inch boxes aren’t as tall and I usually have to be careful on the design I choose so the top of the cake doesn’t get damaged by the box it’s in.I love these because it has ample space in height! I also like that it’s clear so I don’t have to wonder if the cake got smooshed or if it needs a quick touch up before being handed to the customer. The clear look is also very aesthetic, so that’s a plus!It’s also super simple to put together, but please note that it has a film that needs to be peeled off after it's assembled. Another feature I enjoyed is the handle. Now, as a cake maker I was initially a little apprehensive about the handle because the last thing you want is for the handle to somehow break or slip out and the cake falls and gets damaged. But, it actually came I handy. Usually as part of my cake care instructions I tell people to PLEASE do not pick the box up from the sides to prevent potential damage, to hold it only from the bottom. The handle helps to make sure it gets picked up easily while still being able to support the bottom with your other hand.That being said I wouldn’t just carry a cake around using only the handles on the box, but more to use it to help me safely carry it.Overall, 10/10 would get these again!

These cake boxes were easy to assemble. The plastic isn’t as sturdy, but it does hold together for a smaller cake.

These clear containers are way to assemble. They allow my recipients to see the content of the box. The quality is pretty decent (it’s not very flimsy) and the size is perfect for small cakes. Overall, I’m happy with these containers.
