El pedal suena bien considerando el costo y su construcción es sólida

Amazing little pedal. It's compact, sounds great and is very versatile as well. It can get noisy at high settings (past 12 o'clock), but that's normal with compressors. Very happy with it!

Product content online (YouTube etc) very accurate and helpful in my purchase. I like the pedal and the sustain is quite amazing. Although it's a compressor pedal the noise floor at higher settings was more than I expected. However, fine tuning Caline Python settings will reduce the noise depending on the pedals that follow in the chain and the settings of those pedals

Unfortunately my orca chorus pedal came in damaged looks as if the box was cut, there is also damage on the pedal itself and it doesn’t seem to work properly. I was super excited for this one and I have multiple other Caline pedals that I love but I believe this one was a returned unit that they re-sold to me as new. Pretty upset honestly.

I have been playing electric guitar for decades and have been used the usual variety of mid- priced compressors, e.g. MXR, DOD, Guyatone, Boss, etc. For me a compressor is an “always on” effect and I usually have them set for light compression ( with the comp/ sustain knob at 9:00 - 11:00 o’clock).I bought the Python on a whim and have played around with it for four or five hours. I was underwhelmed with it at first, but after some tweaking, I think it really sounds good.First of all, I seemed to have to turn the sustain control higher than on my other comps to achieve a similar amount of squash. For me, it seemed like the sweet spot was about 12 o’clock. The attack control works well to determine how quickly the effect compresses your sound. Turning it clockwise slows the effect. The clipping control is unusual - and I haven’t really seen a good explanation. It does appear to boost the gain.At any rate, after a bit of experimenting and tweaking, I was able to get some really good sounds from the Python. At higher settings, it was good for country chicken picking and funk/R&B stuff. At the level I would normally use it, the Python helped smooth out my rhythm playing and add some sparkle and chime. I might add I was playing a Dean Tonic D guitar - and it sounded great through the Python- in both single coil and HB modes.
