Completely useless. Why would someone make a stretchable garment with untraceable sewing? The waist elastic stretches and the sewing holding it is not.

I used to buy an REI house brand of brief style liners. Those are no longer made and this is as close as I could find.So far, I’ve been pleased. The chamois provides good padding without being overly bulky and the underwear breathes well. It’s also a good price as most cycling liners can get much more expensive.

I got this underwear because my regular cycling shorts were uncomfortable in hot weather. I used them on a short, hot ride and they were very cool and comfortable under loose climbing shorts. Expect these to be very short in length compared to regular cycling shorts (they really are underwear, after all). Pay close attention to the sizing guide, because you may need a size bigger than you are used to buying. I always wear a medium in shorts, but I ordered a large pair, and they fit me.

Ordered my regular size and the shorts fit perfectly! Thinner than I expected, these 3D padded shorts provide decent cushioning without feeling like a diaper or cooking my crotch during southern California mountain bike rides. Great price too!
