Eleganter schlanker Stecker.

With these, you get what you pay for and are no doubt, excellent quality. The important thing to remember about products like this is, you need to have the practical skills to be able to solder and know what you are doing as far as handling them. They are made well, gold plating, which improves conductivity and ensures accurate connection. Like all connectors, they have plastic insulators, so is important to be mindful of the amount and duration of heat applied. These will last for years if you look after them. It's a BUY from me!!

Unlike many other low quality alternatives I've had the misfortune of trying in the past, this 3.5mm stereo audio plug is good quality. It seems to be assembled well and it's made of high quality materials. The outer metal cover screws onto the plug securely with no play or skipping threads. It's also got a slim profile that I like a lot. With mine they also sent along a few small pieces of heat shrink tubing, which was a good touch because it shows attention to detail and prevents me from needing to use my own.I spent a little while today working on one of these to replace an audio plug on my computer speakers which was failing. The soldering work is relatively small and close-quarters, but it's not any worse than you might have to deal with working on most small electronics, and really, it's to be expected given what this is. I wouldn't recommend attempting to install one of these as your first attempt at soldering, but with moderate skills and equipment you shouldn't have too much trouble with this. I'd describe myself as a hobbyist with moderate soldering skills and I didn't have any problem. One thing to watch out for is that unless you're careful you'll melt the plastic that separates the poles. The key is to not get anything too hot. You should use a good quality iron with a fine tip set to a medium-high temperature and solder intended for small electronics.I'd like to address the poor reviews this product has here. These seem to be people who are blaming this product in an attempt to excuse their own poor soldering skills and/or low quality equipment. If you ruin this product trying to install it, it will be your own fault, not the fault of the product. The product itself is fine.Anyway, the final result is working well. It delivers clear sound and has a nice feel plugging into and out of a jack. I would definitely recommend this product.Update 9-6-2020Just wanted to give an update on this review. After using these for about 2.5 years they are still working great and I've had zero problems with them. I highly recommend these.
