Who knew getting a weightlifting belt was this hard. I've tried several different brands at this point. There is no consistency on sizing whatsoever. I've measured my belly several times and I follow the sizing charts. In the last case, it was radically too large. In this case, it's radically too small. Shame too because the overall construction of this belt is excellent. The material is tough and strong. I really like the buckle/strap lead (it's not a traditional buckle, you pull the strap through and use the velcro to attach it). The velcro is clean and strong. This would be a fantastic belt if it only fit right. So, I found it runs small. Your mileage may vary, of course, but I'd check it.

Please DO reference the sizing chart in this product description, it is exactly spot on! I can verify because I have someone who falls exactly in the Small category and me, who falls in the Medium category and the sizing according to their chart is accurate for best-fit.This is a nice inexpensive weightlifting belt with plenty of wide, secure velcro. Mine hasn't budged at al.In High School/College I had the leather type that fastened like a belt and sometimes the adjustment between the belt-holes wasn't perfect enough; this velcro closure means essentially infinite/minute adjustments, so in that regards, this is better. I still have that leather weightlifting belt after many decades, but it no longer fits, hahaha. I'm not sure about durability or if what happens if this velcro gets wet/sweat over time, but for the price, this is a great bargain over a leather one that you can't adjust as finely as this one.

En mi caso estoy utilizando la talla M y me funciona de maravilla. Lo utilizo para levantamiento de pesas en el gimnasio y la verdad es que no he tenido ningún tipo de problema. Es muy cómodo y al mismo tiempo muy práctico. Se los recomiendo a lo que lo quieran comprar, la verdad que vale la pena :)
