It looks pretty much like the pictures on the product page. This arrived with the cord and the pendant wrapped separately in plastic. At about 20.5", the cord is just the right length for me (the crustal falls at about armpit level for me). The cuts are symmetrical and the polished finish is smooth (although the edges on the bottom arrowhead are a bit rough). I appreciate that the metal parts are also made of all natural materials (silver) and is mounted without piercing a hole through the stone. The cord is not elastic as implied on the product page, but nor is any information given about what it is made of (I can't tell if it is cheap leather or a synthetic imitation of leather, so I will be looking for a leather cord to replace it... especially since the include cord makes my neck feel a little itchy).It is odd that buyers are instructed to wear this stone over the heart but is provided with a too short cord (and that this cord hangs in the stone in the center of your body). To be worn as instructed, they should have made this into a pin/broach (if they seriously intend the user to wear it over their heart). It feels stone and has the weight of stone and but I have to trust that it is tourmaline. I haven't yet noticed any of the touted benefits yet so I plan to recharge it soon to see if that makes a difference.As a piece of jewelry it is attractive. As a chakra healing crystal... I'm not sure yet.
