The sifter was pretty much as I expected, it was made well. I wish it had a plastic plate or something that would keep the flour from going through until I am ready for it. I had a plastic sifter before that had a plastic plate that snapped in place. I loved it but it eventually broke and I haven't been able to find one like it. The sifter was supposed to come with the dough knife/scraper but it wasn't in the box.

The double layer sifters make it so easy for contents to sift through. No clumps or chunks. Really gave it a work out for Xmas baking.

Very impressed with this. My mom had one when I was growing up and I had an old one I found years ago, but that went gunnybag and I had to find a new one. These are virtually impossible to find locally in a store, but this one is perfect. Very well built and sturdy, well engineered, and a smaller size that at first glance may seem too small, but holds more than you might think. If you're doing big jobs, maybe avoid this one because its size is not for bulk stuff.Very well built and its obvious this will stand up over time. Really happy with it.
