This is a great period costume dress. The material seems high quality and the dress is very comfortable. The sizing is true and the colors are perfect for the period. Definitely a nice costume for the price.

Wife liked the way this fit. The gown is non-stretchy but fit was on point for style. She is 5'2 and 205 lbs with a 38F top for reference. Material is flowy yet sturdy and thick enough to hold her in place on top. Belt is a little on the flimsy side and she might tack it onto the dress in a couple places to hold it in place. The purple is a great pale shade and the lace is slightly off white to fit with the era. Wife says it is comfortable enough to wear for longer events. Will pair nicely with a couple more accessories for a great period piece.

The dress fabrics were not up to my expectations and the style was not acceptable for the occasion. Returned to Amazon. Amazon did a wonderful job of delivery on time and picked up returns as scheduled.

Overall, this dress was very pretty. I did not care for the fabric. The yellow lace at the bottom is a nice detail, however, I feel that it is a tad delicate. To get the shape, you will have to add a petty coat. Two pictures one with a petty coat and one without. This would definitely be a nice dress for the stage, I would be concerned about wearability of the fabric over multiple times.

I was very happy with this dress for the price it was very good strong material, it came fast just in time for my event my daughters and I went to a Bridgeton Tea Party and we wanted to look the part and this dress made me stand out, I’m glad I went with an XL because it fit perfectly. I definitely recommend it.I have one con the belt was flimsy so it kept folding I should have pent it down but I didn’t have time.
