For initial wash upon receiving this, I didnt hand wash it- but instead threw into my fairly new dishwasher.The shiny finish was removed immediately, and there was a permanent brown water stain that it still there despite future handwashes. It seems fine- but i didnt feel like it was nonstick after the dishwashing. The frozen fried shrimp kinda stuck to the surface. I will update if it becomes more problematic.For now i mostly use it foil lined .

Very nice for cooking things like pizza, frozen French fries, etc. Just be careful with anything too oily as it will drip and smoke like crazy. Also the perforations could extend a little further to the edges and the bottom should have been sanded as it can scratch surfaces if you aren't careful. But still a nice pan and perfect for our homemade pizza.

I am used to thinking in CM so was a bit thrown by the small size. But they are of excellent quality and I'm glad I ordered two of them.I wonder if they make it in a size that fits a 60cm wide home oven...

I read where several reviewers said they did not get the right pan. I purchased mine in Sept. of 2014 and I DID get the correct one. It was fulfilled and shipped by Amazon. It is really heavy and sturdy with nice size perforations for crisping up almost anything in my Breville Smart Toaster Oven. Garlic bread and Crustini, open top sandwiches and left over pizza. This is especially great for frozen snacks like egg rolls and wontons. The round pizza tray that came with the Breville is good too, but this square shape holds more.
