This flannel cotton is more heavy than the regular cotton nightgown that I have but it is not as stretchy. It is generous in size. It has pockets but I don’t really need them unless maybe to put tissues if I am sick. It makes me want to stay all day in it.

This nightgown has a perfect design for ultimate comfort. It has all the trademarks of simplicity but the style is elegant. I like the pocket, soft fabric and comfort. I intend to order another.

I ordered large in eggplant. Color is nice, though it is not as dark a purple as vendor photos. It is more on the fuchsia side of purple. Quality is good. No loose strings, buttons are secure. Material is warm, thick and soft. Just what you want for a winter nightgown. Front buttons are functional and pleating along neckline is more than ample. Has pockets and hip area is nice and wide. Washes well. Tag instructions say not to tumble dry but also not to expose to sun! I decided, even knowing it would shrink because 100% cotton, that I would machine dry anyway. It did shrink but sizing was still ok. The only strange thing is the pocket position. Because the back panel of the nightgown is narrower than the front, it places the pockets in an awkward position, past your side line. Pockets are large enough to fit a phone in.

We ordered this nightgown for my wife and she finds it really comfortable and warm. The 49" length listed is accurate and as expected, when she first tried it on it fell all the way to her ankles because she's very petite. We put it through the washer and dryer even though the wash tag says not to tumble dry (oops) and it actually came out about two inches shorter, though no less wide. If you wouldn't mind the nightgown shrinking a little bit vertically I would say it's actually okay to put in the dryer, as the texture of the flannel and the overall shape didn't change at all. One small issue— the back panel is narrower than the front panel, and the pockets are in the side seams. We've attached our own photos to illustrate, but you can also see in the product photo taken from the back that the side seams fall further back on the model than her actual sides. This makes putting your hands in the pockets very awkward and pulls the back tight. Other than that, this is a very good nightgown and will come in useful this winter.

I previously reviewed this and was disappointed cause the tags were loose in the package. Received all this way so they’re just in the package so not used. These nightgowns are heavyweight and soft. Ordered medium and large as a gift for someone. Will keep the large. Pockets are a bonus. Highly recommend

I browsed through many offerings before settling on these, and they turned out to be just as expected for my purposes. I wish I would have purchased more when they were in stock, as I now need a few more and none of the other sellers have anything that looks comparably good.
