Little one needed new underwear and wanted to find something that looked comfortable. I got these and another brand and these fit better than the other one we got and they were the same size. I would say these are true to size. Maybe a tiny bit bigger but nothing to where they are falling off.

The super hero collection is so cute. My daughter is quite picky about fit and she hasn't complained once about these. They are so cute and stretchy. Little big for my 4 year old.

Although the underwear is very cute, the quality is not what I had hoped for, considering the price. Also, they are still quite stiff, even after a couple of times through the wash. That being said, my daughter LOVES them and I'm quite sure that they will wear out LONG before the others in her drawer, simply because she prefers them over all of her other underwear, especially the black "Batgirl" ones. They do fit very well, with no wedgie problems, though... so that's good.**UPDATE**After roughly a month and a half of my daughter refusing to wear any underwear other than these (especially the black batgirl, the white batgirl with the utility belt and the blue supergirl ones, I have to admit, they are holding up amazingly well. When we first got them, I looked at the material and the threads hanging off here and there and I thought there were not going to wear well. I was wrong. They have been washed more times in the last month and a half than her other underwear has been in six months and they still look bright and vibrant and nearly new. They are a big hit!Bumped up to 5 stars.

The material is nice.The pictures, as shown are a mix of pattern type designs and plain with a single symbol on the front. Yes, they could be a little more interesting, perhaps a picture of the actual super hero on several of the pairs would be nice but my 3.5yr old is happy with them.I considered just buying 'boys' super hero underwear because preschoolers barely have any differences in body shape but boys underwear usually has the picture on the back (which drives my son crazy). So I got these for the picture on the front.Here is why I did not give them 5 stars: the hipster style. When a preschooler is pulling up her undies and pants and trying to either tuck in a top or avoid tucking in a top, this style is just too low. I bought the size 4 for my average to small sized 3.5yo. They fit OK but I wish I had bought the size up. If they were regular styled undies they would be fine.
