I bought this item as a spare air tank for emergency accents while scuba diving. The tank and regulator work good and easy to fill off my scuba tank. Only reason it does not get 5 stars is because the assembly directions are not good at all. Is send you to the site or youtube for setup but does not have anything in english or on site to reference. Has a o-ring and service kit with it so was not sure if i needed to install or spare parts. After going though the whole item it was a service kit. I tested the time using it for a normal accent from 75 feet last week and worked good. Enough air to get to the surface with normal accent. I did set it so it was hard to breath off it so i would not take large breaths and run out of air fast as well as potential free flow loss. Overall good product for the price and comes with extra's unlike other that will cost you 4 times as much and get less.
