I was listening to a podcast where they discussed the benefits of using this journal so I bought it. I absolutely love the writing prompts lots of opportunities to reflect and heal from trauma.Highly recommend!

I’ve been on a spiritual journey of self-discovery this year. I wanted to enhance my daily practices through journal prompts. As I already had The Five Minute Journal and the Productivity Planner from Intelligent Change, and was very pleased with their quality, I’ve decided to order this Journal.After two weeks of consistent use, I’ve noticed better understanding of myself. I found the prompts to be clever in how inquisitive they are despite being worded in a straightforward manner. The ritual of sitting down to communicate with myself has trumped my impulse to scroll or watch TV in the evenings and I’ve been finding it easier to unwind before bed.One thing that could be better is the thickness of the paper - unless you write extremely lightly, the page will become indented.Overall, I found this journal to be a great supplement to therapy sessions, and I have been enjoying it so much that I’ve recommended it to my friends and family.

This is nothing to use within two weeks. It's such an impactful tool for self reflection, and let's you realize many things. I really love this book. It brought me so much insight into myself.
