Absolutely beautiful! Nice and thick plexiglass, smooth and not a scratch! Wasn’t that painful ( like other reviews said ) to peel the protective film off from each components, to be honest, I rather it came with protective film since plexiglass scratch easily.

I cook nearly every day and after about a year the frying pan started to lose it's nonstick power. So I bought another one mostly cause I just like the color blue. And sadly that one has done the same thing. Now I'm using a T-fal frying pan which is red, but at least it isn't falling apart. The pots have also started sticking things to the bottom as well. I don't see how anyone could give this four stars unless you only cook twice a year in which case you'll never notice, and shouldn't be rating pots and pans for cooking so little.

I needed something with a little higher back to display my bookmarks. This little unit works great. I probably won't take it apart because I don't want to get it scratched up. It was easy to assemble and the acrylic pieces are quite sturdy. The hardest part of assembly is removing the protective plastic from each piece, and that was manageable by just getting a corner started.I wish they made one twice this size.

The thinner edge of one of the back pieces broke during assembly and a second one broke while dismantling it - I was being very careful. I will try to superglue the ends that broke off. It looks nice put together but I don’t anticipate it lasting very long.

We liked the Blue Diamond frying pan we bought some time ago, so we ordered the whole set, and were pleased with the quality of the pans, the handles, and the covers. They continue to satisfy for ease of cleaning and resistance to scratching.

Love these pots and pans.I cooked an egg with no oil. Butter or spray. As it firmed up and the yoke was set I sprinkled a small amount of water in the pan and worked it under the egg with the spatchula. With in seconds the egg was moving around the pan with no resistance. I was very impressed.I put 500 dollars of high end pots and pans out on the curb that day. And then ordered a bunch of blue diamond specialty pans for a fraction of the price of the old school competition.I do not over heat these pans. And I do not cold shock them. They are oven safe, but only to 350 ( I think, not positive). If the dish requires special techniques or transferring from oven to burners then I reserved that for my stainless. These things have great utility and do very well with being non stick.

I initially bought a 12” blue diamond pan at my local supermarket, just to try. Upon the 1st use, I was impressed and that I decided to buy a whole set when I saw Amazon has the offer. They are amazing, eggs glide, fear of making a mess when cooking salmon, or any king of fish were history. I can make crispy fried chicken with skin side down. You don’t need much oil to heat the pan, I use low to medium heat on almost everything. I wish I had known Blue Diamond cookware sooner. Now I can make almost any recipe following YouTube and cook books. They are so easy to clean, I just use mild detergent and soft sponge. After daily use of a over a month, all of them still look like new. No more yellow stain at the bottom after cooking. I can’t say thank you enough

I've only cooked with these four times since I got them two weeks ago so this is really a preliminary review...- pretty decent quality for the price. Very nice Diamond interior.- The 2.5 quart saute pan is really not big enough to cook a meal for two or three people.. meaning big enough to saute meat and vegetables and then add other ingredients.- the five quart Dutch oven is big enough to cookgumbo or stew for 4 to 6 people.- the 10-inch fry pan is a decent size and will saute two pounds or so of chicken or beef... and it's gets hot enough even at medium heat to sear and brown chicken properly... many pans won't or the meat will stick. Nothing sticks to this pan but we'll see if that's still the case in 3-months.- The two nylon utensils that come with this set are garbage. Shame on Blue Diamond for including two utensils that can be purchased at Family Dollar for $0.99 each so they can advertise this as a nine-piece set of cookware. the handle on one already melted just by being fairly close to a hot burner.I will reluctantly give this set four stars and be optimistic that its properties will still be in effect 6 months from now.
