I have two of these programmable outdoor outlets. I use them to turn on and off my winter heating pads for my walkway. It only takes a few minutes to set up and is quite simple to do so with the accompanying app. These things work great!! We had a robust winter this year and the ELEGRP smart outdoor plug worked perfectly. As I have never used a programmable outdoor plug before I was a bit nervous. But I soon found out that my worries were unfounded as the plugs worked exactly as advertised. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one if needed.

Great smart plug works well with the Internet. Simple programing through phone app notifies you when the device turns on and off. I am using it for an outside fountain to replace a GE smart plug that was useless. The plug has good WiFi reception and easy programing so you can set the fountain to run certain days of the week and certain hours of the day. I would recommend using it for outside lighting or fountains.

This is the second one of these I've bought. I used the first to have Alexa turn on and off outside lights. It's very reliable and works every time. My internal Hue lights aren't nearly as reliable when using voice control.

This is a great unit & was just what I needed for my backyard, with 2 outlets that could be controlled separately. I really like that it has an enclosure for the outlets & set up is pretty straightforward.The main issue I ran into is it doesn't seem to actually communicate with the app on your phone over your wifi, which seems to be the main point of having it connected to the wifi in the first place.Once I set everything up it functioned fine on its own, but I would receive notifications that it was having timing issues each time it was supposed to be working. If I checked the app in a part of the house that was far from the unit itself (while still being on the same wifi network) it would show that it was offline. Once I got close to the unit, it would show online. That tells me the phone is connecting via Bluetooth and not over the wifi network since distance between the phone & the unit shouldn't matter if it is over the network & I have other wifi enabled devices (my landscape controller) in the same area of this outlet.So it sends error alerts if you are not close enough for the phone to connect to it directly & It also sends alerts if you are away from the house and would not be able to connect to the unit at all even it it was communicating via wifi. Even though I was getting these notifications when my phone wasn't directly connected to the unit, the unit WAS still functioning & running through its schedules when I would walk out and check though.So in the end it works and does everything I need - I would just suggest setting it up & turning off notifications to leave it like any other non-"smart" timer. Still worth getting if you need a nice enclosed outlet timer that can control the 2 outlets separately. Just set it up and treat it like a standard timer and turn off the notifications once you have it in place.

Muy bien producto, funciona muy bien en mi jardín. La aplicación por alguna razón da problemas en Android pero en Apple sin tema.

I wanted an outdoor timer that was easy to set up. This is the best purchase I have made AND hooks up with Alexa so I can control it if I want to! We just endured heavy rain and wind from the hurricane and it kept our string lights plug dry and had no issues! We got the 2 plug and I’m so glad I did so at Christmas we can plug in 2 diff lights and each will have its own on/off schedule. 12/10 would recommend to everyone!

Compatible con Tuya y Smart Home. Llevo como 2 semanas usándolo en la intemperie, incluso en condiciones de lluvia y neblina, y no se ve que le afecte. Las series y adornos navideños conectados los tengo programados para prender y apagar en cierto momento del día con respecto a la salida y puesta del sol, haciéndolo muy conveniente para no tener que estar prendiéndolos y apagándolos manualmente.
