Breaks at the base repeatedly. I returned the first one because as soon as we assembled it and tried to use it the handle snapped off where it connects into the washing portion. Replacement unit did the exact same thing! Obviously, thus part needs to be made stronger, redesigned.DON'T BUY THIS.

The extension pole could have been a little sturdy. It did what I needed it to do. Product arrived on time.

We bought this 20 foot washer/duster because we needed a solution to clean and dust the are by our front door, our family room, and our kitchen. Our foyer and family room are both 2-story, and our kitchen has 11 foot ceilings.This pole is extremely easy to put together. Just keep adding segments by hand screwing them into each other. It literally takes less than 5 minutes. Depending on what you are planning to do, washing or dusting, you can choose which head you attach. Plus, if you have to get to a hard to reach spot, the head rotates so you can dust or wash at whatever angle is necessary.Here is the big issue though. The more extensions you put together, the weaker and more flimsy the pole gets. Plus, it gets quite heavy and becomes hard to maneuver. I removed 3 of the extensions, and it was a world of difference. I was able to dust the tops of my kitchen cabinets easily when the pole was 8 feet long. I was able to apply pressure with the duster where needed and able to maneuver it without any issue. Plus the pole was sturdy and did not feel like it was going to snap.I was able to dust several hard-to-get-to areas of the house, but was not able to get the two-story areas of the house including the chandelier in the foyer. If the highest parts of your house are no more than 12 feet tall, then this duster/washer would be amazing. But, if you have to go any higher than that, I would probably look at other options. The areas I was able to dust ended up pretty must clear of dust, so I was impressed with that.
