I bought these so I could bake on both shelves in the oven at once. I use one flipped under my coffee maker to protect my counter from the heat. Easy to clean.

I don’t think I have ever seen cookie sheets that were made as well as these are. They are very sturdy and the price can’t be beat.I decided to do a test with using parchment paper on one and putting cookie dough strait on the pan. The cookies did bake differently but that is due to the parchment paper, otherwise they baked pretty evenly.I washed them by hand and as you can see by the pictures there was no difference in the cleaning. I had a set of pans that left a dark circle where the cookie dough was so I was pleased to see no discoloration at all.One other thing, if you need a quick mirror this can fill in until you buy a mirror…. these are so reflective!Extremely happy with my purchase.People have been asking what the grade of stainless steel it is made of, they are 18/0 grade. I found this on the warranty card that came with the pans.

Las bandejas son de muy buen material y tienen un excelente terminado. No se doblan con el calor como otras. Altamente recomendables.

Absolutely love these trays! They’re sturdy and they work nicely. So inexpensive but great quality. Everything we’ve baked on them have turned out nicely.

Are you worried that these are too thin? Especially since you'll have ten cheap pans to endure.Well these are freaking fantastic on first impression, and even better when you pick them up. They are heavy, flex free and polished. I would reckon maybe even restaurant quality. I actually feel like more like a serious chef owning and handling these. All signs point to them lasting a lifetime, and you'd only unbox the rest for that new look. In fact, I confidently gave two away as a gift immediately, and these could really be used as a bulk gifting/Xmas purchase, repackaged in gift bags and a bow, these would go over well.As far, as easy to clean, nothing is sticking after a couple of uses, but I imagine that will change as they age, but you aren't buying stainless steel for easy to clean, you are buying it to keep your food clean... from coatings, and leaching chemicals, that are always discovered to be harmful years down the line.I say buy these, you won't regret it at all, actually owning them now; these reak a hidden bargain. One day, they will blacken and stain from years of burnt on greases, but you'll be great friends with your pans by then. So maybe just enjoy the scrubbing like it's a bath house, and live longer, by letting your pan keep your food clean, and in return you clean your pan. Thanks for listening, Edmund

These are really heavy duty bakeware. Each tray weighs almost a pound and the finish is like a mirror when new. They are stainless steel, technically they are almost indestructible.I used 2 of my 10x12 trays on the gas BBQ grill last night to prepare ingredients (because I’m in the midst of a full kitchen remodel) I cooked onions and ham in a little bit of olive oil for a potato casserole type dish that I also baked on the grill. The food came out great, but I leaned a few lessons about my trays.Lesson 1: wash your pans as soon as you can/don’t leave baked on grease sitting overnight. One of my pans cooked faster than the other, so I got that one in the sink and got it washed before the second one was off the heat. The first pan cleaned up brilliantly and looked as good as new, except for some hard water marks from being left to air dry. Tto remove the hard water marks I sprayed on a little bit of white vinegar then agitated with my fingertips, rinsed then dried with a dish towel.Lesson 2: use a steel wool soap pad to remove baked on grease without leaving behind scratch marks. I left the second tray with burnt on food and grease sitting on the counter overnight. This morning I tried cleaning it as I did the first one with hot soapy water. That and a little bit of effort removed the burnt on food, but the burned on grease marks remained. I tried cleaning it with Simple green which is not toxic, but the baked on grease didn’t budge. I got aggressive with the green side of the kitchen sponge and a grease buster soap to no avail. Finally I figured I had nothing to lose because I had already left this pan with abrasion marks from aggressively scrubbing, so I got out a steel wool soap pad and went to work. Using small circular motions I was able to not only remove the grease, but do it without any additional scratch marks to my pan.I won’t leave a tray overnight again, but if I do at least I know how to make it look fantastic again!I’m very happy with these trays. I found the 10x12 size incredibly versatile. I can use them in my speed oven, or the wall oven. They fit well under several of my air frying baskets to catch crumbs and drips. They work well as serving trays/platters. They fit perfectly inside my French door freezer for freezing stuff ahead of long term storage.
