Upgraded my Drafting light to these LEDS. Wow so much brighter than the old stuff. An easy project to take on. Should have done it a long time ago.

I used this to upgrade an oven hood lamp from Floursescent to LED. Very easy to install.Nice and bright and quiet.Note that some rewiring is needed since this version doesn't need nor accept ballast or starter.P.S.: I recommend using Wago connectors for the rewiring).

These lights require ballast to be removed and rewired in order to work. without the rewire they light up very dim. With the ballast removed and the rewire they're super bright. thing is the seller needs to mention that in the ad cause a lot of people are wasting time buying the wrong lights and returning them, when it could've been stated in the ad.

At first lights began to flicker go off so I did some research and found out that I needed to bypass the ballasts in order for the lights to work properly. Lights are working fine and are very bright.
