I recently purchased the Fermtech Mini 2 Wine Filtration (#3) Polishing for my homebrewing setup, and I'm extremely impressed with their performance. While they're designed for wine filtration, they work equally well for polishing beer.These filter do a fantastic job of removing any remaining haze, yeast, or trub from my beer, resulting in a crystal-clear and professional-looking final product. They're easy to use and have a good flow rate. I have the Fermtech mini 2 filter system. Works great but a bit messy. The bigger issue is they are hard to buy. Tried getting them directly from Fermtech with no luck at all. At first it was have to make a large enough order which I was fine with. Ok how many do I get fir that? Well I don't know if we have enough to fill it they are on back order until June. It is now November and I am still looking for them and I find one here and there. I would have bought a different system if I would have known.

They worked perfectly as needed. But a bit of an expense for small home batches.
