The cage middle plastic piece was broken. Seeing as the toys, which were wooden and thinner, survived in only a parcel, suggests it was broken even before shipping because the box was absolutely fine and undamaged. My daughter was so excited to get her hamster the next day and was extremely disappointed by the huge crack in it. The replacement ships the day her school ends and she will not get to show her school friends. They should put it in bubble wrap to prevent this.

Estuve mirando muchas opciones pero creo que acerté totalmente con este modeloEl hámster está genial, es muy espaciosa y los niños lo disfrutan porque al ser transparente la ven en todo momento, tanto en la planta de arriba como en la de abajo. La recomiendoAdemás se limpia de maravilla!!

Loved this cage so much spent a lot of money to ship to Hong Kong- now that I moved to Taiwan (cannot import hamster to Taiwan so she stayed in the Hong Kong office with coworkers) I ordered ANOTHER one with expensive shipping to Taiwan. But SO worth it- the two full levels are perfect and it is incredibly easy to clean- easier than any other cage I have owned. Your hamster deserves the best!

2層に別れてるから、餌箱に木のチップが入らないのが衛生的で素敵！だけど、、、。少しわがまま言わせて頂くと、お値段がお高めです。😭

We bought this cage for our new hamster friend and are very impressed with both the cage and Amazon's service.We chose First Class delivery and were very excited when the cage actually arrived a few days early. However, the plastic bottom section had several cracks in it when it arrived. This wasn't a problem for Amazon however, for when I notified them of the fault, they were very helpful and immediately dispatched a replacement cage. This replacement also turned up earlier than expected...which meant we were able to pick up our hamster earlier than originally planned.The cage itself is of very good quality, with lovely accessories. The wheel in particular is already getting a lot of use and isn't noisy. One thing we like about this cage is the see-through bottom section, so we can see our hamster at all times. This bottom section is also good in that it is high so there is no mess around the cage from him running around in the sawdust, an issue we've seen with other cages. The large cage size is also a definite plus; our hamster seems very happy to have a lot of space to run around in.I can definitely see our hamster enjoying his time in this cage and would recommend it.
