My wife, upon first opening this comforter set, was not too impressed and the question about whether to return this arose. However, a need soon arose, and these found their way onto our bed. And then, surprisingly, my wife commented to me about how despite her initial reaction, she really liked these. All of the pieces are really soft, very comfortable and although not very thick, provide a good amount of warmth. I think, looking back at her initial reaction, that it was based on the color which looked better in the product images than it did in the shipping bag or on our bed. So, if anything, stay away from the kaki. But, beyond the color, we're very happy with this set.

The design and khaki color are very nice. The fabric feels soft, but thin, so we will hope it stands up to wear. We have a purple 3 mattress, which is very flexible, so I hope the sheets can handle that. The coverlet won’t be warm enough for the winters here, but it will be a really nice fall set, when it’s too cold for the summer set, but too warm for the flannel and fleece set. I will keep things updated if there are problems, so it there is nothing beyond this, assume all is well.There is one issue, however, it’s too small for a king. It hangs over the side by only about 4-5 inches, and if pulled to the top of the mattress, it hangs over the edge by about 3 inches at most.
