Easy to use, the design is sleek and simple but in a good way. It matches her automatic feeder. I think it’s very quiet you don’t even think it’s on. I Love the blue light, looks really cool and shows the water level in the dark. My cat was skeptical at first but drinks from it just fine. I’ve had it for a week now and the water looks clean and none of her hairs are floating in it. I’ll be cleaning it in another week as they recommend every 2 weeks.

The cats love it! Also a nice quiet water noise, no sound of the propellor. Good communication with the seller too.

My 18-year-old cat loves to drink from the tap (just a little stream!) but wasn't hydrating enough. We wanted to buy a fountain to encourage him to both drink more and quit hassling us to turn on the tap.I chose this fountain because the fountain pipe resembles a tap with a stream of water - perfect! Right up my cat's alley!The machine itself is pretty beautiful. It looks sleek and modern, the fountain pipe looks great, and the blue light is handy to see the water level and pretty at night.It functions very well and is ultra-quiet, which impressed me. We can hear the tiniest of little trickles, but it's so faint that for the first week we kept forgetting we had bought the fountain and were wondering what that trickling sound was. (Pretty funny, actually.)It did take the cat some time to figure the fountain out. At first he ignored it completely as if it didn't exist, no matter how much we showed him there was water in it. We tried different locations, thinking that would help, but nope. Finally we put the fountain right next to where his usual water bowl was, left it there, and hoped for the best. After a couple of days, we saw him starting to use it, and now it's a done deal. Overall, I'd say it took about 10 days to transition.We're super happy with this fountain and highly recommend it.

La fontanella è molto carina, comoda perchè con la luce vedi sempre se manca acqua e molto silenziosa. Ma c'è una cosa Molto più importante; l'ho comprata a Maggio 2024 e a Dicembre 2024 il motorino si è bloccato nel senso che la luce era accesa ma non girava e quindi non riusciva a pompare acqua. Ho contattato il Venditore e gli ho spiegato il problema ed ho chiesto se era possibile acquistare solo il motore della fontana. In risposta a questo il Venditore mi ha detto che risolvere il problema era importante per Lui e lasciarmi soddisfatto un Dovere. Insomma, mi ha mandato un motore nuovo in garanzia senza farmi pagare neanche la spedizione!! Per me questa è la cosa più bella che poteva fare e lo ringrazio per la fiducia che ha dei suoi clienti. Semmai leggerà questo commento voglio dirgli una sola cosa: GRAZIE, GRAZIE, GRAZIE!!! In conclusione, prodotto bellissimo e perfettamente funzionante, Garanzia eventuale efficace e Venditore Gentilissimo

turns out cats like to drink from non stagnant looking water sources, works wellpump died on me once and i had to open it up to clean it
