This is a quality flat cable - thicker than most flat cables I have. Designed for outdoor use, it's still goodf or long runs inside, like connecting a printer in the corner of one room to a switch/bridge at the far corner of the adjacent room (who doesn't have a printer in the dining room, after all?).I'm happy with the construction, the design, the sturdiness, and the expected performance on a Gigabit Ethernet link. You should be able to run 10GBase-T without issues on this cable (it's generally going to max out at 180 feet on Cat6, and this cable is only 75 feet long). But I don't have a 10 gigabit printer yet, so I can only say it works as expected on 1 gigabit connections.

I have purchased GearIT cable on several occasions and I've never had ANY problems with it. When setting up a computer network or security system, and things don't go as planned, most folks don't consider that it could be a cable failure. It's one of those pieces that we just expect to work, and hey, that's not always the case. I trust this cable for use on the cameras I use on my own home security system, indoors and out. I spent more money than I wanted to on this system and I figured scrimping on cable would just be dumb. Maybe I over-engineered, but I've never regretted buying this brand. I don't think you will either. It always seems to meet or exceed specs. And it's competitively priced, too!

I just went through removing the Starlink router from my setup, and this cable is the last step in going full CAT6 from the dish to the rest of my network (have adapters to convert dish output to CAT6). The reason behind this was due to a SL router reset during a storm which knocked my internet out, as of now I am just running the SL cable and an ethernet adapter, but I’d like to just have cable from the dish to my PoE injector and the router, one less part to fail. This cable is well made, and is plenty long enough for the completion of my project.

When used with POE devices, the correct voltage was transmitted the full length. When testing this outdoor-rated cable, I subjected it to below 0 degrees Fahrenheit for several days before performance testing.I use this cable inside my home, through the unconditioned attic, above exterior porch ceilings and extending inside of soffits for POE cameras and security devices plus suspend with tensioning cable overhead to outbuildings (vs direct burial).5 Stars from me.

Easy to work with, great cable, extremely durable. Used it to route ethernet outside for my cameras. So far so good!
