I bought this set anticipating a full sized cleaver but this thing is teeny tiny and isn't even sharp and although Gerber is known for their quality, the spoon and spark a thin metal and easily bent. The spatchula is so small it is really useless. I am disappointed.

Handy kit which will handle most of your needs while camping. Love the mini-cleaver and is very sharp. I actually use the cutlery more than the bottle opener tool but it was cheaper to buy the 3-piece set than individually buy the pieces. Downside-made overseas.

Gerber is a well known name among outdoor enthusiasts, and this set does not disappoint. It includes very high quality built items, including a multi-tool and eating utensils. It's the "Tri-Tip Mini Cleaver" that's relatively new and drew my attention the most, however. This little chopper seems to be capable of cutting up fish or meat, or possibly branches for fire. It comes with a matching belt holster that locks the cleaver so it doesn't come out accidentally. All the tools in this set are solid, and will likely last a long time. I've already started taking the pocket multi-tool with me everywhere I go, and am quite pleased with its weight and functionality.While a bit more expensive than its competition, these tools are priced in line with other Gerber products. You'll be treating yourself when you get them, and they're highly recommended...

What I like about this set:- the cleaver came very sharp and the sheath is well made- the utensils are nice and lightweight but still feel sturdy- the utensils are long enough to cook with but not so long that they are cumbersome- multitool knife also came very sharp- corkscrew comes with a lever/lifter like a regular corkscrewWhat needs improvement:- The multitool is super stiff making it really hard to open any of the tools- The release button on the cleaver is a little awkward to manipulate- Price is a little high in my opinion
