The Amazon "Will It Fit Chart" says this item does not fit the 94 Full Size 4X4 Two Door Blazer. It does. It is the exact same part number (10229114) as the original equipment I just removed. Installed easily and works as expected.A suggestion for other buyers is to enter the actual part number in the Amazon Search Bar when looking for Genuine GM Parts. If the part number comes up, it should fit. In my case, I was directed to a "Gold" model (38108) as the proper part, which I think are simply aftermarket GM branded parts. If you can find OE, buy those first.

Bought as replacement because of age. Seems a little noisier than the one I replaced.

Item arrived on time & was installed. Haven't heard a peep out of it. The factory one was 26yrs old & it turns out it wasn't the problem. In the spare parts bin now. Don't expect a problem with the new one either. OEM is always the way to go.

I have this car for fifteen years, I've always had problems with the belts are torn up, or noise from the belt,Simply, a nightmare,Until i bought this Tensioner , now I have a quiet ride, and calm, without problems,There is no better word than "excellent"
