Works as expected. Using this to power my monitor from a V-mount battery dtap. This setup lasts all day, but I assume it would show appropriate low battery power if you ran it long enough. I have been only doing light shooting so it never comes off from showing 100% battery power.

Bought 4 of them. Worked well out of the box, but died quickly. Took less than a month for 2 of them to die. I opened up the dummy battery and found that some soldering had come undone, in both of them. Fixed relatively easily, but after a couple of more uses they died again. Am on to the second set now.

It worked exactly as described. The cord length is just right so you can mount it and cable manage on your rig. Im using this as an eliminator for the Atomos Shinobi Monitor.
